How to fight the midweek slump?

Comments

Hey Shush - congrats - my works' web filter thinks that your wordpress post is too adult for my virgin eyes - so I can't comment. But I could read it - good post!

Its good to recognize that women get turned on immediately, just like men do, and that the source of the stimuli varies. I, for one, AM a visual creature. I think a lot of women are, we don't get enough credit for it.
I'll comment over there if you get bored today. My comments on your sexy posts seem to stir things up, so for now I abstain.
[this is good]
Any time a man claims that men are visual and women are not I follow up with four words. "Brad Pitt Fight Club" and the resulting swoon speaks volumes.
SPARTANS SPARTANS SPARTANS! I mean, of what do you speak? :D
If you have something to say, go ahead! A little excitement never hurt anyone (well, other than that one chihuahua once...)
Oh you're a woman after my own heart! Tash hates Fight Club and it's one of my favorite movies.
It's in my Top Five most watched movies. Fight Club; the Princess Bride, American History X; Monty Python's Search for the Holy Grail; and Primal Fear.

Edward Norton makes the top five three times. I wonder, do I have a crush on him?
HEARTBREAKING! It is an excellent film, and book.

SHUSH: I'm pretty sure you have a think for Mr. Norton. But I can totally understand that, shows you have taste.
Hm, my most watched would be Fight Club, Princess Bride, Boondock Saints, Pirates of the Caribbean, and Snatch.

Are you excited about Norton playing in the New Hulk?
Oooh... Boondock Saints should probably take the place of Primal Fear in my list. Am I excited? By that are you asking if I'm bouncing around in my seat like a little kid saying EDWARD EDWARD EDWARD EDWARD? Because the answer would be yes.

The last Hulk movie sucked. Majorly. This one seems far more promising.
Women are NOT crock pots!

I know--my crock pot can make a decent pot roast.

(sorry--it just popped into my head)
*rim shot* LOL! I like that...
I can be very visually stimulated too, which is something I'll post about at some point. *lol* My WordPress blog cracks me up- sex, politics and religion. I hope Jesus doesn't mind sharing the spotlight with my libido!
HEY! I make a good pot roast! (In my crock pot...)
LOL! I doubt he minds. He had one, too, I'm sure *ducks lighting bolt*

yeah, seriously, when any person is visually introduced to something sexual that they like, they will start to feel it downstairs almost immediately - unless, of course, there is something off in their wiring which could be either biological or a result of sexual oppression. And for me, it's not so much looking at a pic of a sweaty guy with his shirt off - it's got to be a pic of a sweaty guy with his shirt off doing something sexual. But that's just my preference. I'm sure for some women and men - all they need is the first pic for the sexual response to start.
Everyone is a little different in what stimulates them sexually and there is nothing wrong with that. I figure that each couple has their own individual chemistry that worked for them. At least in the beginning. The problem is when one wants his or her mind to be read by the other instead of communicating. Sure by now one should know the other person pretty well but people's desires and maybe even ideas of how to be turned on can change over time. Lets face it. As we get older we go through things, see things, read things and watch things that directly effect who we become as a person. Part of which is what we want sexually. Hell sometimes we aren't really sure so how can we really expect our other half to "just know"?
